Rebecca listed and sold our home and helped us purchase a new home. She is an extremely likable person with a bubbling, outgoing personality. She is fun but also has a very serious side when it comes to taking care of her clients. She truly wants what is best for you and is quick to point out things that are wrong, not just go along with what you mention. It was by chance we found her when she answered my call about a property that I had driven by. She listed our home for a price above what we thought it would sell for and thru a series of circumstances was able to negotiate a full price contract with the second family who saw it. Her marketing brought many showings before the final sale as well as two full price offers. She was usually available when we needed her or called back rather quickly. She showed us several homes in the area we were interested in and when I found my “dream” home she was able to convince my husband to bump up our offer so that we could get it. All our dealings with Rebecca were pleasant and we couldn’t be happier to recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent.
